Hi All!
Just bought a book that looks as though it might be useful; it is:
Title; the make-up book (every woman's guide to the art of applying make-up)
Author; Joy Terri
ISBN 978-1-85974-099-6
(£8.99)
Laid out even more like a Dorling Kindersley than the one mentioned by Rachel B.
All the usual techniques and necessary kit, but not as many of them; lots of nice big pictures and not as text-dense as some (good for us focally-challenged folk!).
More details for different age groups, i think.
The two would go very nicely together (£20) with the Mary quant one providing a nice advanced stage once you'd got past the basics.
