A Spanish man will reportedly set a world first when he gives birth to twins at the end of September.
Ruben Noe Cornado put a full sex-change operation on hold so that he could become pregnant by undergoing fertility treatment, says The Daily Telegraph.
The 25-year-old, born a woman called Stephanie, plans to raise the twins with his partner Esperanza Ruiz, 43. After the babies are born, Cornado said he will complete the sex-change surgery that he was halfway through.
Cornado said he had spoken publicly about his experience so that "people start to see a transsexual pregnancy as normal".
