Hello Everyone, Alex Keelan, Gender Officer for Manchester city council
has set up a Transgender consultation evening for Friday 3rd April 2009
and asked that this invitation is circulated to all the Manchester area
Transgender groups, and those involved in supporting the Transgendered
community in Manchester.
Please also circulate to anyone in The Manchester area who could be

issues for Manchester's Trans Community.
Come and make your voice heard on a range of subjects that matter to
you. Topics for consideration will include:
* Housing
* Employment
* Crime
* Health (from a council perspective)
The information gathered will help inform MCC's Gender Equality Scheme
and the Communities of Interest Report.
Timetable:
6pm - buffet
6.30pm - welcome
6.45 - Consultation (part 1)
7.45pm - break and networking
8pm Consultation (part 2)
9pm Closing remarks
