Hi

Can anyone recommend somewhere in Blackpool where I could get my eyebrows tidied up/re-shaped. I would be going in drab mode, so somewhere fairly discreet?

Thanks

Bottom end of Birley St on right hand side... sign outside and you go upstairs... very nice people.....
My advice would be .... tell them why you want them thinned out if you can
They are there to provide a service
Petra my soulmate and partner uses their eyebrow service and they do a good job

Thanks for the recommendation. I had my eyebrows waxed and plucked this afternoon. Not too painful, and they have come out rather well. None of my friends have made any comments, so I think I’ll be back to get them done in a more feminine shape. My next big decision is whether or not to get my torso waxed? The little discomfort, I could cope with, but full torso? Is it as painful as people say?

Well, today I again needed attention to the eye brows to keep them under control with feminine shape, so now it`s six occassions when I`ve visited the local beautican for required brow attention.

Another five weeks time and it`s my turn for a back-wax and eye brow pluck, before jetting of to Gran Canaria for Mardi Gra once more - anyone else booked to be there on and around the Yumbo during Mardi Gra in early May?
Drop me a line if your going to be there, we might be able to meet-up.

Yes, dependent on your hairs strength you might feel the removal hurts - just a little, or especailly those hard-to-remove single-hairs that have to be removed by tweezers after the majority have been removed on the paper with the wax/hair - looking as though its caught dead flies that have been `mashed-up`

Also remember that you will feel cold afterwards since you will then have no fine body hairs covering your body, and we just do not generate the body heat output of a genuine woman - so be prepared to feel cold for a while!

But, as they say, nothing ventured then nothing gained - we do need to suffer for our art, from time to time, and this is one of those times.

So, go for it and enjoy - you will feel very femninine after the removal of the fuzz - honest.

It`s part of the long-road we all travel to achieve our goal/s.

I have been going to Alexa Tan & Beauty for years, since Heidi first bought the salon and she is one of the best beautitions i've met.
She is trying to sell though so watch this space for news.

It is with a sad heart that I have to report the almost certain closure of ALEXA TAN & BEAUTY. I say almost as I am in the dark as to what is happening.
As you might understand, although I've been going to see Heidi for about 4 years since she had not long opened her salon, I do not have her personal phone number nor am I in contact with her, but if she or someone else re-opens the salon, I will let you all know.
