No one should ever be worried about the Police while out dressed.

I am happy to see them as they are there to protect us

In the last month I have had so many close encounters with police officers In a good way I must add!!!!!!

Not one has took any notice of my presance if I was read they said nothing

Today I was standing on platform 4 at Preston Station next to me was a Transport Police Man and a Woman in fact they boarded the same train as me at the same door.

Emagine a que at a petrol station with a Police officer in front then Sally and behind me yet another Policeman. Ok This was not Blackpool but a small Welsh village.

They don't (don@t) bother you :eek::eek:

PC Lindsey Nottingham of Blackpool's LGBT section has visited Ren on a number of occasions with colleagues and I have had a few personal dealings with her too, and she is very understanding and helpful.

She is also very active in the Blackpool LGBT 'community', so you are sure to see her out and about.

However there are sure to be a few bad ones in the force, it seems to be the nature of things, but its good to know if we ever do have issues with the Police we can contact Lindsey.
