1)...Santa's sleigh has been grounded by the Civil Aviation Authority because he could not produce satisfactory maintenance documentation when they made a visit to Lapland last Month!...... Findings were that the airframe had exceeded it's operational hours.......... Sloppy workmanship by his Elves who should have been making toys and have no qualifications

2) Captain Rudolf attempted to pilot the sleigh during a test flight whilst under the influence of alcohol and failed to display his red navigation light.

3) during this flight, Santa got abusive with the other reindeer and had to be restrained in his seat by a couple of Elves acting as cabin crew whilst Co pilot Blitzen had to take charge of the flight,where he diverted and landed at Moscow Sheremetevo airport......... Navigator Dasher failed to request a flightplan to Moscow which in turn lead to the Russian Airforce being placed on high alert......... Russian Authorities had no alternative but to force Santa to land at Sheremetevo....... Santa is now in custody in the city of Gorky where he is helping the KGB with their enquiries!........

Santa has been sacked!! yes Sacked over no fault of his own.

He has had a top Solicitor look at an unfair Dissmisal case for him and sadly he has discovered that there is nothing he can do to help Santa:(


And thats because there is a Clause in his contract:D
