hi evette i've used a hair removal cream on my legs especially on a group night, works wonders and keeps my legs hair free for a few days which is what i like, not used a facial one though, best thing is to try it and see what you think, if it works it works, if it dosent then it dosent, you've nothing to loose you could always ask the shop assistant for advice

Ah, just remmebred Jill put me on trail of hair removal and never gave my report back.
1) it works well for fine hiar, but not stubble hair - ie. great on legs and arms, but not so good on chests and face if you have what opposite of fine hair is.
2) it often comes with hair restrainer spray - this does work to some extent. it does slow renewed hair growth to in my case a week rather than stubble back in a couple of days. Will not stop it coming back altogether, but will make it longer before shaves.
3) Problem of cream though it is messy and smelly - in end I went back to saving as this so much easier - just relax in bath and do it - you can not do that with cream.
Face well I prefer laser. Not done laser since prices went up but I found so much has gone that it is easier to shave what is there away much easier.

There is a cream called Eflorinithine Trade name Vaniqa that has been developed for post menopausal females who experience the growth of facial hair.
It is a growth retardant substance that I have been using for a while now and find very good. It will not work for everyone and I would think that if you have a heavy growth it might not work, but if you are like me with light growth you could find it useful. I have managed to get my GP to prescribe it for me but it can be bought
I hope this helps

I've heard of t-girls having issues getting this on prescription as it isn't cheap.
You can obtain it from a very reputable (and much used by UK t-girls) online store (not Transformations, though! their stuff is UTTER bollocks!!), but alas I fear I'd get into trouble with the mods in mentioning the name openly :p

Such language Kaity not very ladylike although I do agree with you. I'll have to give you a yellow card this time.
As to an on line supplier Inhouse Pharmacy is a good one, but if you have one you use already try them. :)

Hello All,
I tried Kalo after epilating like the instructions stated, using it three times a day for a couple of days after the epilation. I used it for about 6 months and found absolutely no difference in my hair growth on my legs.

Hi ladies:)
Been using nair and the sensative veet for some time now, but the results differ sometimes. there used to be a product advertized in gay times, called "Golden Balls", but dont see it any more?
I wouldnt recommend putting any hair remover on face. That could seriously make your face sore, I have a slight allergy to watch straps and some of my nickel plated jewelry, so Im always careful what I use.
It is an horrible smelly, messy job, but, once you get rid of those hairy strands, like around your bum, when you walk, you can feel the crevice rubbing the inner parts of your anus. ( im not shy tallking, but meeting I am lol)
Theres a fine line on applying hair remover: If its not on long enough, or creamed into the whole area properly, nothing will happen.
If you leave it on to long, then Ouch! the skin starts to react in a sore pattern.
The areas to keep to 10 mins max of cream on is on inner thighs near your Nuts, the anus area and coxycc (tail) haha.
Same goes for Nipple area, DONT apply any to the nipples, its very painful and sore after, I shave around mine with a girlie razor.
make sure you rinse and rinse after you have managed to get some hair off. use luke warm water and a mild soap, Dont apply anything after, except for ordinary talc if it stings a bit. If you do get a sore bum, savlon cream works wonders or anusol, to keep it cool, and lower the irritation.
I have a terrible stubble, thats been likened to "Desperate Dans". A girlfriend once used my face to stop an itch. hehe! Mind you, having said that, Putting my face somewhere else on her, without having a really good shave, gave her a nasty stubble burn, not saying where, leave that to your imagination;)
yes stubble and beards is a big pain , some of us , have fine growth or very little. With me, my nether parts have always been very full of long hair. Shaving your legs, I dont do any more, the last time, i did it, the itching was for weeks and weeks, kept me awake for 2 months, lanacome / any so called anti itching creams did nothing, I only shave a little where my stayups Hug the skin, or they slip down:eek: cos they wont grip, over leg hair. But did by a great remington kit from argos, that has a detail trimmer in the kit, much better, Boots, also sells a type, for safe clipping and shaping of eyebrows http://www.boots.com/en/Remington-Duo-Dual-Head-Hygenic-Trimmer-NE3350_1040209/ Hope to see some of you 14th dec
keep warm

I have used Veet all over, well from the neck down for about 6 months now, initially I had some irritation but now no problem it even gets rid of my coarse hair.
