Tights

Hi Girls,

I've just bought some tights from Sainsburys of all places. Light Support Tights £5 for a pack of two. They are excellent, they come in all sizes even big enough for me. They also have an excellent range of ordinary ones in the same sizes. So there is another source for us.

Yay!.... Sainsbury's light support tights are very good!... Nice Natural colour too!

I tend to buy Charnos or from M&S!...... Dottie Perkins 40 Denier opaques are lovely and soft!......:)........ Oasis's own brand are good but expensive!

Wolford, Pamela Mann or Jonathan Aston are great too!... (If you are prepared to spend over a tenner for a pair!)

Not impressed with tights from New Look!.... Bought a pair of patterned semi sheer Large size!...... the gusset was by my knees after taking 2 steps in them!......:eek:.... I know I've got long legs and I've never had any problems before with tights but with these!......Christ!.....These would not fit even Ronnie Corbett! or the citizens of Munchkinland!.......... :D

Asda are good, great fit and quality - but .... they're individually wrapped too, so great for the handbag as well

M+S have it for me. I love tights - easy way to change an outfit. Patterns. colours, denier :)

I was going to take them back and complain but I'd ripped them, one leg was insideout and because I pulled them up so tight; the Nail varnish from my toes had impregnated itself between the weave on the toe!...... Plus! the flimsy bit of cardboard that they were wrapped around had to be torn about 3 times just to get the damn things out........:D
