I hardly ever drive anywhere on business these days. The place I go to most often on business in the UK is London, and the train is far easier, and the most of my other business trips are to France or Italy, in which case I fly. In fact looking back over my mileage records for this tax year, there have only been a couple of trips to our other office in Manchester (all of 7 miles), and one trip to another company in Cheshire.
That doesn't mean that there have been no long(ish) trips by car, but they have all been for pleasure, and the vast majority of them have, therefore, been done as Jennifer. I can only think of one that wasn't - and that was when I drove up to my mother's to tell her about Jennifer - which went really well, and so when I left to go back home the next day, it was as Jennifer :)
But I was in Basingstoke on business yesterday and today, and that's not so easy by train, so I drove. So what is it with driving? I wasn't in a hurry getting home this evening, and in fact rather than rushing home I did a detour via my sister's for tea. And yet whether I am in a hurry or not, be in business or pleasure, I get really wound up with all of these inconsiderate oafs on the M6 when I'm driving as Dave, but I just let the world go by as Jennifer  And the thing is that it never takes me any longer to get from A to B as Jennifer - and I get anything up to 10% more MPG as Jennifer too.
I has to be something to do with shoes I suppose - it usually is ;)
